Delivery & Shipping
Bee Online sells and ships products from Belgium to all European countries. Please contact us if your desired destination country is not listed in the shipping options: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days once payment has been received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a large number of orders per day. We appreciate your patience during this period!
Delivery is carried out by a forwarder chosen by Bee Online.
The goods you purchase will be packed with the utmost care to prevent them from being damaged during transport. However, if you notice that certain goods have been damaged, you must report this within 24 hours of delivery.
You will receive tracking information immediately after processing your order.
If you order multiple items at the same time, they can be shipped separately so you receive them faster. In this case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address and collecting your order from a collection point on time.
If the postman cannot properly deliver your order due to an error in the address or if your order is returned to the sender because it is not collected, we are not responsible for the additional costs.
We will arrange a new shipment of your order and charge the additional shipping costs. Refunds for orders not collected are not possible.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery date stated on the track & trace page, please contact us within 30 days so we can look into it.
