General Terms & Conditions

Art 1. General provisions
These general terms and conditions apply to every purchase-sale agreement concluded by a visitor to this website, hereinafter referred to as “customer”, with Bee Online BV, Hertendreef 4, 2970 Schilde, VAT BE0715.984.516
These general terms and conditions always take precedence over any other terms and conditions of the customer. Additional terms and conditions of the customer are excluded, unless they have been expressly accepted by us in writing and in advance.

Art 2. Price
All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other Belgian taxes to be paid by the customer and excluding import and other taxes charged when shipping to a country outside the EU.

Art 3. Online purchases
An agreement is validly concluded when the order is submitted electronically by clicking on the “Complete order” button or by sending an email containing an order.

Art 4. Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Izindlovu until full payment has been made by the Customer.

If necessary, the Customer undertakes to inform third parties of Bee Online's retention of title, e.g. to anyone who would seize items that have not yet been fully paid for.

Art 5. Right of withdrawal
In application of Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article VI.47 of the same Code for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to the customized T-shirts, hoodies and sweaters supplied by Bee Online BV.

The customer has the right to inform the seller on info@beeonline.be for misprinted or damaged items, or if the size of the ordered item does not correspond to the delivered goods, within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service agreement. Provide us with a picture of the misprinted or damaged item on info@beeonline.be and we will contact you as soon as possible. Items that meet the requirements for return can then be returned to us at the customer's expense. The customer bears the costs for return. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. As soon as Bee Online BV receives the purchased products in the original packaging and without damage and within 14 days, the customer will receive the full amount of his order, including original shipping costs (return shipping costs are not included), refunded to his account.

Art 6. Payment
Payment is always made electronically or by bank transfer. Each order is immediately payable at the time of concluding the agreement.

Art 7. Execution of the agreement: shipping and delivery
The execution of the agreement normally takes place almost immediately after payment. However, any delay in implementation does not give the right to compensation in any case. In case of payment by bank transfer, delivery of the ordered products will take place within five working days after our account has been credited. In this case too, any delay in implementation does not give any right to compensation.

The seller will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery times, which are only approximate. The buyer cannot terminate the agreement simply because the delivery date has expired, nor can he refuse the goods or claim damages or interest. In such cases, termination is only possible after prior notice of default by registered letter, indicating a reasonable delivery period.

Art 8. Complaints
Any complaints must be well-founded and properly substantiated, notified to us within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

No goods may be returned without the prior written consent of the seller. This consent does not in any way imply acknowledgment by the seller that the returned goods are defective or not in conformity. The buyer must demonstrate that any damage occurred during transport.

Customer service can be reached via email info@beeonline.be

Art 9. Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.

Art 10. Applicable law & disputes
All disputes arising from this agreement are governed by Belgian law. The Court of the District of Antwerp has jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement.

Art 11. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
With every electronic order for products, the customer expressly agrees to these general terms and conditions.
